However, we have been the victim of criminal or fraudulent charge backs. A criminal or fraudulent chargeback is when the credit card holder orders and receives products or services, then intentionally reverses the charge through their card-issuing bank stating that they did not place or receive the order. In almost all cases, the order is requested for delivery without a signature, as proof-of-delivery allows the merchant to successfully dispute the chargeback. Unfortunately, this new form of credit card fraud is becoming more common, and online/mail-order merchants who are unable to obtain a printed signature from the customer are the victims. Please note that charging back an order when that order was shipped and received is a theft. Nu-Joy Essentials LLC uses United States Postal Service and UPS for shipping. When you order online, shipping charges will automatically be added to your order at checkout. If for some reason or error shipping and handling fees are not charged when you place your order, they will be added before your order is shipped. Shipping costs includes the cost of packaging and handling. Minimum weight is one pound.
Nu-Joy Essentials LLC ships items within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your payment, unless noted in the product description. While we attempt to keep a full inventory, some times we simply run out. If we are out of an item, we will note it as backordered and let you know when you can expect the remaining shipment.
If necessary, we will contact you and see if you want to wait or want to substitute a different product.
If merchandise is damage upon arrival, you must file a claim with UPS or USPS. You must also notify Nu-Joy Essentials LLC via email or fax within 24 hours. Nu-Joy Essentials LLC guarantees that all items leave the warehouse properly packed.
We inspect all packages twice before shipping. If there is any shortage, you must notify us within 24 hours.
